What is a leader? This is a question all students strive to find an answer to. It is what the high schools, colleges, job hunters and the future teachers of your future child are going to look for. It is what you are looking for. The word ‘Leader’ is frequently associated with a strong, powerful, wise, and prudent figure. Being a leader is commonly equivocated to being successful, but what does it actually mean to be a leader? Every organization needs a leader. Every team needs a leader. The leader is an essential part of a group. They don’t necessarily have full power, but they have the essential qualities that would bring the group together to a uniform. Out of the population on this Earth, only a few people rise up to be recognizable leaders. Out of the applicants you receive, the chances are that only few would become real leaders, but does this mean that only a few have the potential to be one? “Everyone can be a leader, but only a few became one.” This is my own theory about being a leader. Potential lies in everyone. The determining factor is never inherited in a person but more through the efforts that are made in the future. Through this video, I strive to discover the answers to these questions through a uniquely personal experience and to portray myself as a person who makes an effort to be a leader.
