Main Street Radiology’s Program Details

About Main Street Radiology

Main Street Radiology has been Queens’ trusted provider of world-class diagnostic imaging services since 1966. With five convenient locations across Queens — in Bayside, Jackson Heights, Flushing, and Glendale — MSR is committed to bringing high-quality radiology care directly to the communities it serves. Main Street Radiology holds the gold seal of accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) across eleven imaging modalities, representing the highest standards in image quality and patient safety.

About the volunteer experience

Interns at Main Street Radiology will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding of outpatient diagnostic imaging while supporting radiology staff and patients. Interns will assist with a variety of tasks, including supporting patient registration and check-in processes, helping staff with day-to-day imaging center operations, and learning the intricacies of outpatient radiology workflows. This internship offers hands-on experience in a clinical environment, allowing interns to observe radiologic technologists and healthcare professionals, assist with non-clinical administrative tasks, and gain insights into diagnostic imaging and patient care. Further details will be provided upon selection.

Interns will receive the $1,200 stipend after the 100 hour minimum requirement is met.
