National Financial Network (NFN) is an independent financial services firm headquartered in the New York metropolitan area, offering comprehensive personal, business, and corporate financial strategies since 1951. About the internship

Interns at NFN will assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, updating databases, and preparing meeting materials. They will also observe financial planning processes, support research projects, and help with office logistics like scheduling and correspondence. This role offers valuable exposure to wealth management and office operations in a professional financial services setting.

Interns will receive for the $1,200 stipend after the 100 hour minimum requirement is met.

Requirements

This program is designed to support and empower Asian American youth (including individuals of Asian descent as defined by the U.S. Census). Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate a commitment to serving and uplifting Asian American communities.

Responsibilities

▸ Assist with organizing and maintaining client documents and files
▸ Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client databases
▸ Support the team with scheduling, email correspondence, and preparing meeting materials
▸ Draft and proofread letters, emails, and other office correspondence as needed
▸ Assist in researching financial topics, market trends, or client-related inquiries
▸ Provide administrative support for office operations, including filing, copying, and scanning documents
▸ Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings.
▸ Observe and learn about wealth management processes, including financial planning and investment strategies
▸ Perform other duties as assigned by the Intern Coordinator to support office operations

The China AIDs Fund board will review and finalize participants by the end of May 2026.

Can I get a scholarship after completing the internship?
