Mona So

Starting from a small import jewelry business she founded in 1970 with her husband Roxy H. So, Mona So rose to become an extremely successful and award-winning fashion jewelry designer; her “Mona So” brand became one of the most recognized jewelry brands in the United States, and Mrs. So has designed jewelry for several First Ladies. For her successes, Mona So was a recipient of the prestigious 2005 Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Currently, Mrs. So devotes much of her time to charity organizations, including the China AIDS Fund, which she co-chairs.
